You can check the version of your application* and map on your navigation device or in TomTom HOME.
* For Carminat TomTom and memory cards with only a map installed the application version can only be checked on the navigation device.

On your navigation device
Where the version of your application and map is shown depends on which navigation device you have:

• GO x50 LIVE, GO x50

  	From the main menu, tap Status & Information. Tap Version information.

  
  
  
• GO x40, GO x30, GO x20, GO x10, GO
  XL LIVE, XL, ONE, Start, RIDER
  NAVIGATOR 7, NAVIGATOR 6

  	The version of your application is shown in the route summary screen. The version of your map is shown in the information screen. In the Driving View, tap the bottom right corner. The version of your application is shown on the right hand side of the route summary screen. To view the version of your map, tap the field that shows the application version. The version of your map is shown under Map.   The map shown above is listed as version 7.10 in our map shop. Note: On some navigation devices it is also possible to tap Change preferences > Show version. This icon is only available when Show all menu options is selected.

  
  
  
• Carminat TomTom

  	Press and hold Info/Route on the central control or press the right soft button on the remote control. The version of your application is shown on the right hand side of the route summary screen. To view the version of your map, switch to the information screen from the route summary screen: Shift the central control's rotary button to the right or press the right soft button on the remote control. The version of your map is shown under Map.

  
  
  
• TomTom app for iPhone

  	In the app, tap the center of the screen to bring up the menu. Tap Change Settings and then tap About.

1. Connect your navigation device or memory card to your computer and start HOME.
   
   
2. Click Manage my device and then select the Items on device tab.
   
   
3. Expand Applications and then click More info to check the application version.
   Expand Maps and then click More info to check the map version.

You cannot check the version using Operate my device in HOME.
